Long rant, sorry in advance! So my baby turns 8 months on the 27th. I just had my first real normal period in August (13th-17th) & I test positive for ovulation on Sept 7 (first ovulation test). I still haven’t got my period but have been having pms symptoms for a while. I just took another ovulation test today (Sept 21) & it still looks positive (last ovulation pic). Is it possible I’m pregnant & the ovulation test is detecting hcg?

I know this may be a stupid question 😅 TIA
