Positive pregnancy test at 11 DPO

hi everyone! so I took a test three days before my period on 9/23 and based on glow my peak ovulation day was the 13th. I did have unprotected sex on that day and took a plan b the next day. I’m just a little confused because I feel like it would be too soon to have a positive pregnancy test? Or should I trust??? Period was supposed to start 9/26.
