Feeling super scared and anxious this time round

It’s my third pregnancy, I’m currently 38 weeks pregnant. This is by far my hardest pregnancy, in terms of readiness. I feel super superrrr anxious this time round and keep thinking about the labor pains I’m about to experience. My first two labours were not traumatic and went smoothly, but I’m still getting flashbacks of the pain and how out of control I felt. I’m literally losing sleep over the pain of contractions and pushing. Mamas do you have any advice.. I’m eating dates, drinking raspberry leaf tea, trying to do exercises to prepare my body. I’m just really scared this time.
