7 weeks pregnant HCG

According to my last period I’m 7 weeks 1 day pregnant. On Monday my HCG was 32000, and as of Thursday it’s at 46000. Do I need to be worried? It doubled the last time I had it checked. But now I’m concerned again. I’ve read so many things that say it stops doubling after a certain point. I’ve had 2 previous miscarriages so I’m a little on edge.
