Do you cramp more with a multiple pregnancy than with a singleton??

I have my first ultrasound tomorrow at 5w2d (according to my LMP) so idk for sure yet.

But this is my 4th pregnancy after 3 singletons and I’ve never cramped like this with them. Just wanting to ease my anxiety a bit I guess.

This is all of my symptoms right now:

Fatigue

Increased appetite

Peeing ALOT

Bloating

Moody af

Cramping

Sore nipples

Cravings

I’ve never had symptoms this early either.
