I never understand why it gets everyone so upset when someone wants to go to the ER when they're having a miscarriage or think they are. It's nice to hear from someone who's in the medical field who feels the same way. It's not like it's going to put someone out who comes in with a gun shot wound or a heart attack. You might sit there for several hours but at my ER the on-call ob will come down and see you if they aren't busy. I'm praying OP is doing okay too 🙏

Exactly what I recommend and don’t know what was so wrong that I said that the other person called my advice terrible. Working in healthcare and particularly in ER, I witness miscarriages almost everyday and what they can do to someone if body catches infection etc. Thank you for your advice and recommendation using your own personal experience and I am just hoping the person who posted this is ok ❤️

If I hadn't gone to the ER with my first miscarriage I could've died! There's nothing wrong with going to the ER. Imo a miscarriage is an emergency
