Super nervous!

History of 1 spontaneous MC at around 6 weeks. 1 blighted ovum at 8 weeks. 1 successful IVF FET with living son! I some how spontaneously got pregnant and am currently 6 weeks along (6 week 1 day as per US yesterday). I keep having this discharge sporadically every so often and am kind of concerned. Any reassuring words?
