Should I go get checked

I have been having period like pains since 3 am. They aren’t contractions. My stomach isn’t hardening and softening or nothing just like constant pain at the bottom of my stomach. And it’s still there. Baby is moving a little. And now I’m having what I think are Braxton hicks. They aren’t lasting long at all and kind of all over the place. My hospital is about 25 minutes away and I wanted to ask y’all if y’all think this is worth going in. Just be to checked out. I also have previa. But no bleeding that I can see
