So my period has been off for a year, in August 2023 my period went from 4 -5 days normal flow to 2 and VERY light like the first day is usuallyjust spotting. Went to my ob concerned back in March and she pushed me off like she did back in 2022 when i had concerns of low libido. When I brought it up to my primary Dr she wanted a hormal blood test and we discovered my FSH was low. Did repeat testing 2 months later and its still low. She asked if we wanted anymore kids and i said it wasnt off the table but we werent actively trying so she referred me to see a endocrinologist i see them in January. Now weve talked about it and we do actually want one more. Has anyone had low FSH and still gotten pregnant? Is there anything i can take over the counter to help? Weve struggled in the past with 2 losses before each of our kids (2) but not sure that was the problem.
