So i have pcos. I know pcos symptoms & endo symptoms can overlap a little but im wondering what your first symptoms were that made you go to the dr & get a diagnosis (ik the only way to get a for sure diagnosis is laproscopic surgery). Right now my main concern is that i have really bad cramps all throughout my cycle. Like almost every single day. They come & go but sometimes they are really bad. I cant pinpoint why they are happening (it doesnt seem to be food connected). This is abnormal for me. My pcos doesn't manifest that way.
