First round of letrozole been ttc for 15 years 😩 2.5mg day 2-6 and currently CD 23 🤞🏼

I had 1 mature follicle on my ultrasound of 16mm at day 13 so hopefully I ovulated properly and it made it to atleast 18mm 😂😒

Luckily I’ve had no side affects and my nurse is happy to keep me on the same dosage for next month if all doesn’t go as planned!

My boobs are so sore and feel very full I only usually get like this day before my period is due so either side affects of letrozole or could be a good sign of o knows but best of luck to you all ❤️❤️
