Are these hcg numbers promising!?

I had a chemical last month. So my doctor is running blood work to monitor my hcg. Here are my results:

10\6 ( 14 dpo ) hcg: 78

10/8 ( 16 dpo ) hcg: 122 ( after 48 hrs from 1st test)

10/12 ( 20 dpo ) hcg: 500 ( after 4 days from 2nd test)
