UTI????

Have you ever had a UTI without burning?

3 days ago I did an at home UTI test and came out positive. So I did a telehealth consult with a Dr who prescribed antibiotics and have been taking them but symptoms aren’t going away. I’ve booked a Dr appointment to have a urine test to see if I need another type of antibiotic or what might be going on. Usually whenever I’ve had UTI in the past I’ve felt a burning sensation but not this time. Just dull pelvic pain and feeling constant full bladder even straight after peeing, lower back pain, frequency to urinate really increases at night mostly.

Any thoughts?
