Can my BBT be wrong

My toddler is sick and I was up and down almost every hour on the highlighted temperature. Could it be inaccurate and actually have been higher? I have included the entire chart below as well as it shows a failed ovulation towards the beginning of this very very long cycle. I am feeling defeated.
