Dating a man who’s always busy

He only texted me once yesterday, and couldn’t text me today. We recently started dating 3 weeks ago but have been talking off and on online for a year. he’s the director of this company but idk if it should be a deal breaker… how can you wake up and not think about me to text me 😩 I get a text from everyone else but him. His phones are always on silent for work but ugh. he text me maybe when he just got off yesterday then went home and crashed out

Now back at work again??? idk if he likes me anymore.
