Advice please ,

I have this bump near where my underwear touches aka my bikini line ? But sort of near my vagina? It’s painless, doesn’t itch, but I noticed it while shaving over a week ago. And it’s still there. It’s a little hard when I squeeze it/mess with it. Is this a boil??? What could this be?? Any advice ?
