Bleeding 10weeks and 6days

So this morning i woke up to go pee at fiveish am everything was fine. I woke up at 8.47 am to pee everything was fine. When i finally got up at 11am i went to the bathroom peed whiped and saw blood im 10 weeks 6days along but.nothing on my pantyliner. So i put a regular pad on and i went to the bathroom again and.there.was.blood on the pad . So im gonna make an appointment to my obgyn right away and ive been having mild cramping too anyone else going threw this and had.a. successful pregnancy in the end im really worried but its not a miscarriage. The bleeding is just a small amout of blood on the pad . Its only when i whip .
