looking for help suggestion on hair loss 😭🥲 i'm 3 almost 4 months pp with my third baby and my hair is coming out in chunks

i know it's normal pp but i feel like pcos is making it worst, this is just what i lost in the shower and i lost even more just brushing my hair right before 🥲 it's really affecting my self confidence, just looking to see if anything has helped anyone with hair loss
