Losing weight with pcos!
Hi ladies!! I’ve been on my fitness journey and staying in my calorie deficit (which is 1500) the only thing is I’m hearing a lot of mixed reviews of cutting out dairy and carbs all together but others say our body needs it so I’m really confused on that part, I’ve lost 7 pounds I started 2 weeks ago but should I do a keto diet? Please let me know what worked for you!
