Hi not new to lh test but new to ovulating. I have pcos and never ovulated before having my daughter via IVF. My opks look promising every month but this month I had a positive test Monday, a peak test yesterday and today its back to a positive. Can someone that ovulates normally tell me if this is a good sign of successful ovulation?

So opks only test for the LH surge that should trigger ovulation. After your first positive opk you should ovulate within 12 to 48 hours. If you want to confirm ovulation you would need to track BBT. LH fluctuates and you can have multiple surges during your cycle. So after your first surge opks won't tell you much. If you did ovulate with that surge you should have a period in roughly 2 weeks.
