Hi guys!! I need some help

So my last period was in September on the 14th, I didn’t get my period in October so I took tests and they were negative so this month in November I took a test when my period was supposed to come in 4 days, and it was positive. Is it possible that the pregnancy started in September? Or would it really be November since the tests I took were negative?
