Can you cope with no sex from your husband for 2 months

Me and my husband have been together for 7 years and every year around November he gets seasonal depression that lasts until about mid January. He's not a fan of the holidays because he was raised by narcissistic parents. He is in therapy but this seasonal depression always comes back. He just shuts down for 2 months and doesn't want to have sex with me or anything. Being rejected for 2 months does not feel good. I asked him could I at least try to get him into the mood and he told me he has feelings and he's not just here to have sex with me. I never once said that. I'm feeling hurt and undesired. I know this will pass. It always does but I can't help my feelings
