Questions about Ttc pregancy

Hey ladies so I’ve gotten what I think is a vfl on one of my test and I’m trying for baby number three and I’m having some weird symptoms and just trying to figure out if anyone has had the same type of symptoms. So I’ve had really bad cramping like I’m on my period and the flow is heavy cramping and back aches as well. I’ve had nausea. This is the weird thing I have a cramping feeling where my c section scar is and it hurts around that area like a dull ache . I also have feeling like I’m super soar in my rib cage and down low like that like I’ve been exercising or something and your just soar the next day . Has anyone experienced this with c section or not for a super early pregancy symptom? Tia
