Posterior previa

Had My anatomy last week and I have posterior previa, the doctor didn't seem concerned and said that it's common this early? I have another one at 20 so in less then 3 weeks for another scan I guess My question is has anyone had this happen and it resolved? I had a fetascopic uterine surgery april 18th 2023 that was like a csection and the my son was born via csecrion June 16th 2023 so I'm so scared I'm going to need another one so soon.
