HELP!! what do you guys think?

i’ve noticed lately on my lubia majora for the past 2 month i get a singular bump in the same spot almost and it goes away after a week.. just one bump!! it doesn’t hurt or anything but i don’t know if i should be worried about it.

i was thinking maybe it could be the towel i use to dry down there but i don’t know. i also just got a wax, could it be that?
