Does this look normal?

I’ve always had lymphedema (I think that’s what the doctor said years ago when I went for it) around both the bottoms of my calf’s and they never been painful. However now the left side is bothering me and I’ve noticed it looks more lumpish than normal. Should I go get it checked out again? Or am I just being paranoid? The first picture is the side that’s hurting and the other one is the right side for comparison.

Is there anything that you should not be doing with lymphedema?? Because if you have insurance and your doctor thinks it’s a good idea (you could call your doctor or make an appointment) you can ask for a prescription for massage. A doctors note mentioning massage would help relieve your symptoms is all you would need and I believe might be covered by your health insurance.🙂
