Letrozole dose
Does anyone know why a doctor wouldn’t bump letrozole dose from 5mg to 7.5mg if no follicles are growing? My CD 14 ultrasound today showed no follicle growth after 10 days of 5mg letrozole. They want to cancel my cycle and do follistim next month. I asked about upping the dose and just got a “we don’t do that response”.
