Leaky boob

You guys I had unprotected sex a week ago. And tonight my milk from my stronger boob from when I was pumping is coming out. I haven’t had a milk leak since I was 3 months pp. I am now 10 months pp and I stopped pumping at 5 months.

Is this a sign I am possibly pregnant? This makes me want to test tomorrow but Ik it’s too early. And period is supposed to come in 11 days. When can I start testing? I feel like this is my first time all over again.
