I’m 39 and my husband will be 40 in a few weeks. We just celebrated 3 years of marriage. My husband is on Lexapro and can’t always finish. It has taken a toil on us. He’s very stressed about it and I’m heart broken. It’s a source of contention and arguments. We’re seeing a fertility dr this coming Wednesday. We’re going to get tested- if he can even get tested. I just don’t know what to do. My marriage is most important and I don’t want this to come between us. Our PCP (we see the same 1) added Wellbutrin for him because not finishing is a common side effect with Lexapro (btw- he really likes Lexapro). He took it for a week and said he didn’t like how he felt and stopped. I thought I’d post with hopes that we’re not alone with these issues. My husband has a lot of anxiety and we both don’t want him to stop his medication. However, I think he needs to give Wellbutrin a chance.
