Rainbow baby….

Hello everyone, I am 5 week pregnant with my rainbow baby ,yesterday I had my first ultrasound. And this is the result, is it good? What does it mean?😯

Uterus in AVF, enlarged in volume, 7.75/4.75 cm, with decidualized endometrium, maximum thickness 1.48 cm, with a transonic image of 0.4 cm, suggestive of a gestational sac. Right ovary of 2.4 cmcm. Left ovary of 3.18/3 cm, with a 2.3/1.75 cm mass (endometrioma?). No pathological adnexal images. Douglas pouch without fluid.
