So I am having Braxton hicks and have been since w22. I keep hearing they’re not supposed to hurt and they didn’t, until two weeks ago

And girl 😫😮‍💨 these most recent ones have been taking me out! They’re more frequent and have started to hurt which is worrisome. My first pregnancy was non medicated, so I *know* I’m not in active labor. My doctors are extremely dismissive and I’m almost worried to mention anything for fear of just being written off like I have been my entire pregnancy.

Is anyone else experiencing this to help put my mind at ease?
