Help please 😩
Hi, I’m 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Last night I went to the toilet and on the tissue was light pink spotting. I’ve been having cramps but not too bad. This morning it’s been a little more but now it’s a light red, I put a pad on but nothing on there. (I know I shouldn’t have) but I googled it but there’s not a lot of information about it apart from implantation bleeding. Has anyone had this and can help me 😂
