Switching to Yaz

I’m reading so much bad reviews on Yaz I am terrified. I’m currently on Yasmin but Dr wants me to try Yaz as I’m starting to have PMDD. I’m so scared all I’m seeing is blood clots, death, seizures, sickness, spotting. I’ve been on Diane13 (made me super nauseous and stomach sensitivity) , Depo shot (tooooo much spotting) , Yasmin (great but moody/depression and now sore breasts). I start Yaz next month. Please please please give me your thoughts.
