Low amh

So I just found out through bloodwork everything looks normal but I have a low amh reserve. I was told this about 10 years ago when I was trying with my first. Luckily and thankfully I got pregnant, I have 2 living children and have had 3 pregnancies. We haven’t been “trying” but we haven’t been preventing. Its been about 6 months maybe 7months now of that. This time around my doctor suggested a fertility specialist. I am questioning now, at 35, if I should pursue it. Yes, I do want another child, I know sometimes there are other ways like medication which I’d be open to but I’m not sure about the other options. Are there any success stories out there to something similar like me that got pregnant naturally? Did you wait? Did you do anything special? Should I try something like mira where I can test if I actually ovulated or not? I’m assuming I’m just not actually releasing an egg each month making it hard to target. Since getting the news I decided ok I’m going to change my diet, start working out more regularly, take my vitamins regularly. I’ve been a little lax with it all. Can’t help but say I am disappointed and worried. Feeling a little lost. 😞
