So confused

I have only had 2 periods since having my first child. My period was a week late last month and I also ovulated a week late. This week my ovulation tests were positive when the app predicted my ovulation date was gonna be however my period is 5 days late and my pregnancy tests are all saying negative. I honestly don’t know what to think because my husband and I were gonna start actually trying for another baby next month but I’m worried I won’t be able to time anything correctly.
