What Do You All Think? I Need To Put My Mind At Ease

I was due for my period yesterday. I’m either 3 days early or 3 days late..I’m lately never on time and before having my daughter I was never on time, usually late by 2 days or so. This Monday I was nauseous and didn’t think I’d make it the last 10 minutes of my drive to my destination without vomiting all over myself-I managed to make it! I did through up about 40 minutes later however. Yesterday I was having lunch and about 45 minutes later I threw up. My head was hurting me Monday and so was my stomach. I know I can’t always listen to what you see on goggle, but when I used my google lens on this photo it was showing “early pregnancy”. No period as of yet. Any thoughts? TIA!
