so me and my boyfriend were messing around but he wasn’t putting it in..he was just putting it around my vulva area but things got a little wet down there. it wasn’t cum but i’m wondering if it’s pre? or if it was just me, please someone explain or help and no rude comments

Just like you get wet when you are sexually aroused, your partner gets wet and slippery when he is sexually aroused. For you it comes from 3 places:
* Your Skene’s glands around your pee hole
* Your Bartholin’s glands around your vagina
* Your vagina where plasma from the cells in your vaginal lining (arousal fluid) mixes with your cervical discharge
For him it comes from 1 place:
The Cowper’s glands (the equivalent of your  Bartholin’s glands). This is where precum comes from.
It is very unlikely that you can get pregnant if he does not ejaculate inside your vagina, but it is not totally impossible. The risk will also depend on where you are in your menstrual cycle as there are times in your cycle when you are not fertile.
It is best that at least one of you keep your underwear on at all times when you have fun like this, or do something else like oral, hands, or mutual masturbation.
