Please give me advice

Hello.

So my period is 9 days late. My cycle has been very consistent being 29-31 days. The last time I had an off period with a 38 day cycle was on march. I took a test 5 days ago now for it to come out negative. I’m putting off taking another one trying to avoid disappointment. I have very stretchy discharge and no signs of my period coming that I can tell. Is this something you experience in early pregnancy? Please help I’m so lost
