So today I saw pink and brown in my underwear and it was spotting mind I’m 15 days late on my periodt and I did got to doctor for test it was neg but i did do two test before I went like 5days on my missed periodt it showed postive and my symptoms I beeen feeling is nausea but light on and off and sharp pain under my stomach on sides and now today it’s pink and brown then dark red and brown idk what it means am I preg or what but I need help and early something felt it was pushing my n my bladder and I had to pee am I crazy ??
