Tmi Early stages of a miscarriage or implantation?

I’m around 7 weeks woke up mild cramps then around 4pm started to bleed and it’s been light consistent bleeding every since but now when I wipe this darker red stuff is there I’m not sure if this is the start of a miscarriage 😭 feel the bleeding getting slighter heavier
