I am 4w3d and I’m having lots of green poop. I have been backed up very bad and I do lack iron. So for the last 2-3 days I have been taking iron supplements. I haven’t eaten anything green but my stomach hurts so bad after I went poop. Is it normal to have green poop in early pregnancy?

I miscarried yesterday at 7 weeks from blighted ovum. 
I also had green poop in my early pregnancy. Around 4 to 5 weeks.
