am i pregnant

so i had my period november 27th until december 2nd. it went away and then i had heavy bleeding for 3-4ish days. i had sex on the 8th. is it possible to get pregnant from sex on the 8th? idk if the bleeding for 3-4 days was my period or not but it was really heavy. i think it was hormonal bc i got off birth control in october. I would just really like to know if it’s possible for me to still end up pregnant because my cycles have been really bad and I haven’t been able to pinpoint in the ovulation… online says sperm COULD live up to 7 days. so could i have gotten pregnant on the 14th? Before I had the heavy bleeding the app said that I was supposed to get my period on Christmas, but after I put the bleeding in, it said i’m supposed to get my period today. and i have not. now i don’t know when to test either for pregnancy. im having creamy white discharge with mild cramping and twinges on one side of my uterus. i’m gonna take a test if you guys think i should. my periods have been very irregular since I got off birth control so I don’t know if I’m even technically missing my period.
