Could someone help me?

Tested positive about 2 days ago. I took about 4 pregnancy tests and they all are positive. However early this morning I started bleeding kind of like a period and it hasn’t gone away. I am about 3 months postpartum and have had one period since having my baby. I was also 7 days late when I took my pregnancy test. Could someone help me? Am I miscarrying or just having my period?
