What birth control do you use?

I was on birth control for 10 years. I was off it for 4 years from trying to conceive and having a baby. As of now 8 months pp we use condoms which are really uncomfortable for me.

I really don’t want to take birth control pills again because the risk of cancers and blood clots worry me (runs high in my family). It also made me feel anxious all the time. IUD’s also scare me from hearing stories of them moving else where in the body.
