Help! INTENSE Round Ligament Pain
Currently 35w + 6d. For the last 3-4 days, I’ve had the WORST pain in what I’m assuming is my round ligaments.
It started off with some mild pain during my gym workout doing split squats (I immediately stopped and switched exercises).
Ever since then, I have nearly constant pain and can barely walk from it. I wake up feeling okay in the morning (more achey/uncomfortable than true pain)but am in a lot of pain within 30 minutes or so.
The area is painful to the touch and every time my baby kicks that area, it’s stabbing pain.
It may be unrelated but every time I stand or walk, my belly gets SUPER tight (like Braxton Hicks) and I feel a ton of pelvic pressure.
I ordered a belly band and tried a heat pad/warm bath. I can’t stretch the area because the pain is excruciating but I’ve been doing prenatal yoga the entire pregnancy up until now and stretch what I can.
Any mamas have any tips or advice? I don’t know how I can handle this for 4-8 more weeks.
