Constant spotting/bleeding

I’m 10 weeks, at week 6 I started spotting/ lightly bleeding. It got heavier and darker so I went to the ER. They confirmed baby was ok and we got to see and hear the heartbeat. They had no reason for the bleeding. I continued to have spotting and bloody discharge. Usually dark blood, sometimes pink, sometimes brown. At 8w6d I started bleeding heavy like a period. It started as a large gush of pink discharge and quickly turned to red bleeding. I called my ob and they said once again to go to the ER. I went and they confirmed baby was still ok. They once again said they had no clue why I was bleeding.

Here I am at 10w1d and the bleeding is picking up again. I’m wearing a pad to see how bad it gets today.

I’m so tired of bleeding. This is my 4th pregnancy. 1st ended in a mmc at 12 weeks. And second I had a subchorionic hematoma at 6 weeks. I bled for about 72 hrs and then nothing else my whole pregnancy. I’ve never had non stop some type of bleeding. It’s stressing me out so bad. Every time it picks up I am so scared it’s a miscarriage. And I hate that the doctors literally brush it off.

Anyone else have a similar experience? I honestly don’t know what to do besides be in panic mode 24/7.
