I’m confused

I got an IUD when I was 15 and never had an Issue until I got it switch in October of 2023 and since then I’ve been experiencing weird bleeding and something was telling me to take a test in July and it came back positive got an ultrasound said there was no signs of pregnancy but I was bleeding a whole lot before I took the test so I assume a miscarriage. Fast forward to this month, I noticed light spotting four days after I was off my period and then a random blood clot a couple days after that so I figured I should it should be looked into and that came back positive I don’t understand what’s going on I refuse to believe it’s real as it’s supposed to be a 1% chance so how could this happen to me twice? Sorry for the gammer I’m stressed and at work trying to write this fast please help.
