Fish Oil Free Prenatals?

Does any one know of any non vegan fish oil free prenatals, I’d have to buy a few supplements separately since they don’t contain enough and I’m trying to avoid spending a arm and a leg. I’ve noticed my blood is having more issues clotting then usual, I’m getting frequent nose bleeds. I have Von Willebrands Disease and I looked up some things I need to avoid and fish oil is a big one. 🙄 I’m so over this.

Do you follow with a Hematologist for you vWD? I would definitely ask your doctor about if you should avoid fish oil because it’s one of the only sources of certain essential fatty acids (which you and baby need!). If it’s the fish part, there are algae-based DHA supplements you can use too, but they are more expensive.
Is there a reason you’re avoiding a vegan prenatal? Is it the cost? I think those are going to be your best bet at finding one without added fish oil.
