Am I delusional ?

Five days late with my period , every test before today (haven’t tested today ) has been negative, really sensitive boobs. Dry heaving crazily . Weird cravings . Will be making a trip to the doctors if today test is negative . Anybody having similar problems ? Usually before my period I would only get pimples . Also just got off depo nov 4 had a period December 4 and nothing now
