what I'm looking for, salarywise.

I’ve had an interview back in August ‘2023 .

He already told me the starting pay is 18.50.

They get $1 raise after training and another $1 raise after 6 Months.

I had another interview 2 weeks ago with the same company.

They don’t know I had a interview with them before. I was at a hiring event. So I already had the PAY down packed and how The PAY Work.

I already have 2 year experience with a competitor company before. So I’m 100% know what I’m getting my self into , I basically done the work before

Today , I’m having another interview on site with the Manager , when she ask me how much am I looking for . What would be a reasonable hourly rage to say that you think would be acceptable to start off with.

And Michigan our salary rage just went up. I don’t know if that mean anything but yeah
